Hiroshi’s Restaurant & Catering is a full-service Japanese restaurant and catering service operated by Chef/Owner Hiroshi Egashira. Hiroshi began his career in 1981 at “Kawashou” a renowned restaurant in Fukuoka, Japan. After arriving in the US in 1990, he spent 7 years as a master of Sushi at “Kamon on Lake Union” in Seattle. Now with his own restaurant, Hiroshi is known as one of the most inspired Japanese chefs in Seattle.
